Our Donors join our team along with so many other teammates, family, friends, and supporters, all trying to help the Pete Frates Family Foundation strive to live up to the high standards and ideals that Pete taught us during his life.
As a donor, you are part of our team and part of the larger P3F family. You should know that we will work hard protect your name and personal information. Here is how:
P3F (The Pete Frates Family Foundation) strongly believes in protecting the integrity and privacy of personal information gathered from our supporters through all our communication channels, as well as from visitors to our website. We will be transparent and trustworthy. We will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. We will provide the ability to opt-out as a link in every mass-email message. Those that wish to opt-out will be placed on a Discontinue Contact List, which will remove the donor from solicitation and other mailing lists. We will not mishandle or act irresponsibly with your personal information. We will not let our teammates down.
The Pete Frates Family Foundation greatly respects and protects your privacy and we will never sell or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. The information that you provide is used only to complete your donation.

When they register, we request personal information such as name, email address and/or telephone number, and we may ask for other information to enable us to provide a more relevant, personalized service. The information provided may be stored in our database, however we endeavor to limit our requests for personal information to information we believe is minimally necessary to achieve our collection purpose. We may also supplement your profile information with publicly available data such as zip codes and other demographic information.
Donor Legal Compliance
P3F makes every effort to preserve our donor and customer privacy, but we may need to disclose personal information when we have good-faith belief that action is necessary to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes served on us. Charitable Solicitation Disclosure
We currently do not use a Charitable Solicitation Disclosure as we do not currently use any other entities for professional fundraising purposes.

The Pete Frates Family Foundation will periodically review and update this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post these changes to our website, so our donors and customers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
